Returns Policy
Eligibility
– Returns are accepted for damaged or defective items only.
– Custom-made or altered garments are not eligible for returns.
Process
1. Email us at [support@kalakusar.com] within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Attach photos of the product showing the defect.
3. Upon approval, ship the product back within 15 days.
Refunds
– Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
– Shipping charges are non-refundable.
